External roller AVR

The AVR roller shutter is yet another new product in the range offered by Kronmat Sp. z o.o.. It constitutes an ideal accessory to be mounted on windows produced by Velux, fulfilling all the requirements for external accessories.

The AVR external roller shutters provide the best protection against the heat in the loft. In comparison with internal accessories, they protect at least 5 times more effectively and, additionally, substantially obscure the interior, thus ensuring privacy. The roller shutter also improve insulating performance of the whole window, reducing heat losses from the room in the winter.

Basic advantages of this product include:

On request, roller shutters can be made in any RAL colour. The shutter is made up of dozens of aluminium profiles, each
of which is separated from the adjacent one with a rubber link in black. This construction of the armour is primarily
aimed at silent work of the shutter and its protection against mechanical damage - flexibility significantly adds to its
resistance.

The corners of the roller shutter are aesthetically finished with plastic components in the colour of the shutter.

AVR roller shutters are intended for Velux roof windows types GGU, GGL, GGU Integra, GGL Integra, GHU and GHL in the following sizes:

The AVR roller shutter is available in two versions:
 

• AVR-E equipped with a 24V motor as standard with a possibility of control by means of a switch (OTCi), control
  unit (OTC3iw), remote control (ORC) as well as keyboard (OKC) and solar powered.
• AVR Solar roller shutter supplied with a radio remote control which enables operation directly after mounting the shutter.

For the correct selection of accessories to fit Velux roof windows, it is necessary to provide the exact type and size of the
window. This information can be found on a data plate situated in the upper right corner of the sash.

• The roller shutter can be DIY installed, following the instructions included in every package. This operation comes down to attaching mounting brackets to the window, then placing the roller shutter in the brackets, inserting special pins into them and connecting the control system.
• The AVR roller shutter is covered by a 2-year warranty.
• The product is certified and tested according to EN 13659.
