Pivot PVC roof windows TLP U4 - triple glazed

The TLP U4 is a centre-pivot roof window with a PVC frame and sash protected externally by aluminium cladding. The multi-chamber PVC profiles are reinforced internally with galvanised steel sections, which increase their structural rigidity.

• PVC profiles are manufactured using a calcium-zinc stabiliser and are available in white (RAL 9010). The profiles are classified as Class A in accordance with EN 12608.*
• PVC profiles have low water absorption and do not require the surface refinishing associated with painted wooden profiles. The window should be cleaned, inspected and maintained in accordance with the product instructions.
• The centre-pivot hinge allows the sash to rotate and remain in an open position. The handle positioned in the lower part of the sash provides a closed position and a micro-opening position.
• The sash can be rotated through 180° and secured in position, providing access to the external surface of the glazing for cleaning.

• Compatible with selected internal and external accessories, subject to the window model and size.
• Suitable for installation in roofs with pitches from 15° to 90°, subject to the selected flashing and installation instructions.
• Compatible flashings are available for selected types of roof coverings. The flashing should be selected according to the roofing material, installation depth and roof pitch.
• The windows can be installed in combinations using compatible installation components and in accordance with the installation instructions.
