Hatch

• metal ladder with a scissor-folding mechanism that allows its length to be adjusted to the height of the room.
• equipped with rollers intended to reduce the risk of scratching the floor.

• Equipped with a profiled surface intended to reduce the risk of slipping.

50 × 80, 50 × 90, 60 × 90, 60 × 100, 60 × 110, 60 × 120, 70 × 80, 70 × 90, 70 × 100, 70 × 110 and 70 × 120 cm.

Thermal performance

The double-sided white sandwich-type insulated hatch is 3.6 cm thick and helps limit heat flow. The U-value of the central section of the hatch is 1.13 W/(m²·K).*

Seal

The perimeter seal installed in the box helps limit air leakage between the hatch and the box.

Construction and use

The profiled tread surface is intended to reduce the risk of the foot slipping when ascending or descending the ladder. The S-shaped side elements form part of the scissor-folding mechanism.
